- Manage and govern an IT program, covering one or more strategic and critical technology projects.
- Works with program/project owners (including C-Suite) and other delivery parties in ensuring successful program delivery and value realization.
- System/application implementation projects.
- Knowledge in Telecommunication industry Enterprise Architecture.
- Technology Program and Project Management practices
- Custom Development SDLC.
- Program and Project Strategic Alignment: ensure that projects within the program align with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Program Control: ensure current processes, procedures, reporting mechanism and other controls are aligned and effective.
- Program Planning and Monitoring: ensure plans are available and program is progressing according to a set of criteria, such as milestones, budget and quality.
- Risk and Issue Management: ensure proper mechanism is in place, in terms of identifying potential risks and taking corrective measures when issues arise during the program life cycle.
- Resource Management: ensure resources are available and well managed.
- Stakeholder Management: provide effective communication and collaboration with program stakeholders, including expectation management.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information System/Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
- Minimum experience of 8 years as Program Manager or Solution Architect.
- Exposure to Telecommunication Industry and knowledge related to CRM, Billing System, Fulfillment, or Business Process in Telecommunication Industry.
- Experiences in IT Program Management with hands on experience in solutioning.
- Experiences in System Integration and Application Development.
- Strong in managing people.
- Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Preferably having certification on Program/Project Management, such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2.
