What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support for Synapse products, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Document troubleshooting processes and escalate cases as necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely responses and thorough documentation
- Collaborate with other Synapse teams and handle various assigned duties
- Monitor system statuses and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree, Trade School Certification, or equivalent industry experience
- One or more industry-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) preferred
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse Administration
- Knowledge of Synapse workflows and clinical data transfer protocols (HL7 and DICOM)
- Familiarity with medical informatics architecture and security certifications
- Working knowledge of Linux Architecture and PostgreSQL
