      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical leadership in identifying key stakeholders and coordinating educational programs at employer facilities
      - Support external educational outreach efforts at conferences and with various stakeholders
      - Deliver clear and concise written papers, reports, and presentations to DOE and industrial stakeholders
      - Establish new business relationships with major energy storage industries and utilities
      - Manage relationships with key associations and government agencies and collaborate with other national laboratories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA and 11 years of relevant experience OR MS/MA or higher and 9 years of relevant experience
      - Strong knowledge in energy storage system codes and standards, system design, and deployment
      - Experience in developing and delivering educational outreach to diverse stakeholders
      - Proven experience in leading facilities, equipment, and personnel development for energy storage
      - Familiarity with code development in the energy storage field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineering or Science degree with 10 or more years of experience
      - Proven leadership in energy storage and energy industry events
      - Experience in developing technical training materials for instructional and conference presentations
      - Background in battery technologies and safety protocols
      - Established network within the energy storage industry
