      Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.30803)

      Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, International Business, or related technical field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation.

      Position requires:

      • DB Memory Management;
      • Error Handling: ORA-00600, ORA-07445, ORA-04031, and ORA-04030;
      • Data Pump, SQL*Loader, and LogMiner;
      • SQL and PLSQL;
      • Install and Upgrade OPatch, and Datapatch; and
      • Read and analyze Oracle Traces, AWR, TKProf, and Hang.

      US: Hiring Range in USD from $69,285 - $126,999.

      Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
      Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

      8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
