      Main Focus of the Role:

      To deliver advanced technical services, solutions, and support for Telstra’s networks, infrastructure, products, and services. This role is integral to a blended customer care team, managing complex service requests and network changes.

      Key Accountabilities:

      • Service Fulfilment: Execute service and change requests promptly, adhering to KPIs.
      • Change Management: Lead proactive change initiatives to minimize customer impact.
      • Technical Expertise: Investigate and resolve complex network faults, ensuring Telstra’s enterprise customers maintain optimal network performance.
      • Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery.
      • Knowledge Sharing: Foster a collaborative environment, sharing insights and improving team processes.

      Essential Skills:

      • Experience: 7+ years in network support with a focus on L3 support and troubleshooting.
      • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Cisco switching and routing Protocols , ITIL incident and change management.
      • Hands-on Skills: Configuration, IOS upgrades, and troubleshooting Cisco devices.
      • Specializations: SD-WAN, routing, switching, and problem management.
      • Flexibility: Ready for on-call support and Australian business hour shifts.

      Highly Desirable:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Telecommunications or equivalent.
      • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, CCNA, and knowledge in wireless, F5, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SD-WAN, and VOIP.
      • Design Experience: Exposure to network design.
      • Automation Skills: Knowledge of automation tools like Python and Ansible.
