      Job Description

      Summary:

      The IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing second and third level technical support to SBH end users. This includes resolving complex technical issues, along with maintaining SBH IT hardware and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computing hardware and software, as well as excellent customer service skills.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide second and third level support to end users in person, via phone, email, and/or through chat
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software issues
      • Perform routine maintenance and updates
      • Complete assigned IT projects from start to finish, including planning, implementation, and testing.
      • Document end user interactions and resolutions in IT ticket system
      • Configure and deploy new IT hardware/software
      • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies

      Requirements

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Associate's degree in IT or a related field
      • 2-3 years of experience in IT Technical Support
      • Epic systems knowledge
      • Related IT Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS and Android operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Excellent written and communication skills
