- Assists with development of forms and workflow using low code tools like Winshuttle, Precisely, Appian etc.
- Develops forms with API’s to SAP and other external systems
- Actively contributes to the evaluation and implementation of technical solutions for assigned process or process changes
- Works on delivery of mid-size projects and changes, and delivers a viable solution
- Reviews inbound process issues and determines best solution approaches using a combination of people training, transformation, process updates, service improvements and/or technology changes
- Supports converting high-level business process requirements into specifications and delivery of a solution
- Adheres to SOX compliance and other IT governance relevant for the tool
- Collaborates in building business rules based on the specifications and user requirements
- Performs development activities within authorized projects
- Performs process fit/gap analysis
- Creates various reports and documents in low code tools, SAP, Excel, or Word as required
Basic Function
HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technical Analyst who will be assisting with the design and implementation of solutions based on business requirements for the IT Department under minimal supervision. May assist in leading projects and components of larger scale projects.

Experience
A minimum of five years of Form and Workflow development experience is required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of O/G industry, and experience with tools like Winshuttle, Precisely and Appian are preferred.
Education Level
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, IT or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Skills
Forms and workflow development tools experience is required. Good knowledge of limitations and capabilities of computer systems and techniques used in the design of automated systems, overall business application and data integration and flow. Ability to interpret technical information relating to computer programming and other areas of data processing. Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical thinking, process management, time-management, ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations, intermediate reading and writing skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience in SAP Master Data. Implement and maintain a project and process governance framework; provide a learning environment supporting business enablement and operational excellence; and facilitating transformation relating to process or system change. SAP development experience is a plus.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility
Work Conditions
Office based with up to 10% travel by land and air may be required. Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, and rotating equipment. Subject to all temperatures, varying weather and road conditions.
Physical Requirements
Job conditions require sitting, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise hand and finger movements, lifting and/or carrying up to 25lbs, pushing and/or pulling up to 25lbs, climbing up to 3ft, perceiving color differences. Job conditions may require standing, walking, twisting, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
