What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design solutions to address testing problems and gaps
- Develop applications, utilities, test harnesses, and frameworks to support application development
- Lead a team of software developers or automation testers
- Participate in peer reviews and represent the team in production releases
- Support production issues and quickly triage and resolve them

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- +10 years of IT experience
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with Oracle or NoSQL databases
- Strong proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Maven, Git, and Jenkins
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience working with offshore teams
