  Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical BA/Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical documentation and business models to represent the current and future state capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design models, and deliver concise system documentation
  • Act as a bridge between the development team and product stakeholders by ensuring technical feasibility and quality within the agile process
  
  Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently by researching, reading code, and interviewing stakeholders
  • Proficient technical experience to understand code logic, architecture models, and database structures
  • Extensive experience delivering business models (e.g., capability models and process flows)
  • Experience creating and documenting business procedures
  • Experience in Change Management, Change control and Release Management
  • Scrum Master experience or CSM certification
  • Scaled Agile Scrum Master with standard skillset, experience, and working knowledge of leading multiple scrum teams
  • Must have a deeper understanding of software development practices, enabling them to effectively facilitate technical discussions, identify technical impediments, and coach teams on technical best practices while still upholding the core Scrum Framework
