Ensure that assigned business analysis activities are conducted efficiently and within agreed timeframes and ensure that the outputs and benefits are clear.

Develop requirements that are fit for purpose and accurate, display an understanding of the financial implications to the project or program, and manage the requirements throughout the life of the project.

Assist the data lead in the timely delivery of the project.

Work efficiently with the data team to elicit requirements that are fit for purpose, engaging internal and/or external stakeholders where appropriate.

Maintain relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.

Validate requirements with the project and data team to ensure that proposed solutions meet these requirements.

Develop presentations and documentation to communicate insights & recommendations in a compelling manner, and present regular project updates to the wider team.

Display knowledge of business analysis processes, demonstrate ability to document and communicate requirements effectively, and contribute to the improvement of business analysis processes and performance.

Understand SAS and SQL script. Test and validate them against the functional/technical requirements.

Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project & program practices and governance.

Adhere to change control processes and traceability throughout the life of the project/task in accordance with established document management methods.

Participate in the continuous improvement of Customer Resolution methodologies and governance processes and assist in implementing any process improvements.

Maintain ANZ Values

4-6 years business analysis experience and/or related technical experience in SAS/SQL.
-
Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, can work collaboratively as part of a team and clearly articulate & present consolidated findings.

Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills.
-
Solid understanding of data development lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures.
-
Communicate effectively with product stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand business rules and work with data team to implement them.
-
Good knowledge of data sourcing and experience in data-intensive projects.
-
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on mid to large sized projects.
-
2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL is must.
-
Experience in SAS will be an advantage.
-
Experience in Agile/ Scrum methodologies will be an advantage.

Job Title: Tech Business Analyst
Job Location - Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Job Type - FTE Permanent, 4.4
The Technical Business Analyst is a key role within the Customer Remediation team that focusses on making things right when multiple customers are impacted by systemic issues such as errors in pricing, disclosure, or compliance. As Remediation Technical Business Analyst, you will work on our most complex cases. You will work across portfolio of cases of varying sizes and timelines, and will juggle items such as:
Work with product stakeholders and data analysts, applying an understanding of organisational context to analyse and synthesise information, and to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform testing, process validation, and other business analysis activities.
Plan and co-ordinate project implementation using approved documentation & tracking tools.
BA responsibilities such as developing registers of key decisions impacting case scoping and calculations, and how these are implemented in data analysis.
Executing remediation plans that could include customer and staff communication and compensation payments.
