What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create clear and detailed requirement documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software or products
- Report and track defects, working with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Exhibit excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills while balancing multiple priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of prior work experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and quality assurance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the healthcare industry
- Experience with Salesforce
- Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, etc.
