What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create detailed requirement documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and Use Cases/User Stories
- Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
- Work closely with development teams, providing technical insights and guiding them to implement solutions aligned with business goals
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software or products
- Report and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of prior work experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and quality assurance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Salesforce
- Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, etc.
