      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirement documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
      - Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements
      - Work closely with development teams to provide insights and guidance for implementing solutions aligned with business goals
      - Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality, including regression, integration, and system testing
      - Report and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst, or similar role
      - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and quality assurance practices
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
      - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with Salesforce
      - Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
      - Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR
