      Job Description

      A Technical Clerk provides administrative services within the Configuration and Data Management Department, supporting the Engineering Division.

      Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Entering data into a variety of databases
      • Creating and maintaining configured electronic files
      • Quality checking administrative information within technical documents
      • Configuring and processing data with extreme attention to detail
      • Completing records retention assignments

      Required/Preferred Education/Training

      • High School Diploma or GED is required.

      Required/Preferred Experience

      • Minimum of two years' previous administrative experience is required.

      • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

      • Experience with computer folder/file structures.

      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with accuracy.

      • Flexibility to assist with multiple jobs throughout your working day.

      • Effective oral and written communication skills.

      • Must be highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently.

      • Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment.

      • Must be capable of working in any type of environment including, but not limited to, offices, warehouses, outside, and in manufacturing environments.

      • This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration and you must be able to obtain an interim security clearance within the first 45 days of hire.
