What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review integration requirements of customer implementations and suggest necessary modifications
- Discuss integration with customers and provide guidance for appropriate configuration settings
- Independently install and configure supported products, assisting less experienced technicians when needed
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues with clients and vendors, resolving problems effectively
- Provide proactive resolutions to developing problems and suggest modifications for permanent fixes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS-based implementations and project management
- BS in Computer Science, Information Services, or related fields preferred
- Strong understanding of APIs and technical experience with authentication protocols
- Experience performing large data integrations between systems of record and a SaaS provider
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various technologies and languages such as XML, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Jquery, JSON, SQL, AICC, and SCORM
- Project management experience specifically focused on software implementation projects
