      THE ROLE

      Maryville Consulting Group is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead Fortune 500 client's digital workflow transformation. The role has accountability for technology definition and design, architectural leadership, and integration design and build activities. In this role, you have the opportunity to expand your impact over time by taking on account leadership and/or capability leadership roles.

      Job Description

      As a delivery consultant on the Digital Operations Team, you’ll drive the software deployment lifecycle, evolving clients from processes and technologies of the past. You will:
      • Leverage your technology & operations knowledge to identify client opportunities for further efficiency and effectiveness
      • Deploy industry-leading platforms, such as ServiceNow, increasing your capability to not only lead process & automation design, but also deliver value through platform configuration and customization.
      • Lead and/or execute design, prototype, development and deployment of automation solutions for our clients.
      • Cultivate customer relationships and become a trusted advisor providing prescriptive guidance in the development of people, process and technology at our clients
      • Confirm and follow defined project standards and implementation methodologies
      • Elicit continuous customer feedback and resolve client satisfaction issues quickly and appropriately
      Qualifications
      • 3+ Years Experience in Software Engineering and/or Technical Consulting
      • Strong background in leading of solution deployment lifecycle activities.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of interacting with executive sponsorship.
      • Demonstrated leadership in problem statement definition, solution proposal, and development.
      • Ability and interest in learning multiple technology solutions, with appropriate training materials and guidance.
      • Preferred: Capabilities in ServiceNow, Salesforce, Helix, Target Process, or other SaaS platforms.
      • Required: Javascript proficiency
