      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the technical expert in configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities using ServiceNow best practices
      - Lead customer design workshops and support ITAM-specific process definition and improvement during engagements
      - Guide customers in documenting business requirements and drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies
      - Oversee technical aspects of project delivery and ensure quality of configured solutions
      - Provide training and mentorship to team members and customer system administrators as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
      - 1-3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
      - Strong understanding of leading ITAM practices and related systems such as CMDB, SAM, and HAM
      - Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude

      - Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on ITAM processes, providing thought leadership to stakeholders
