  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Drive completion of surveys and sales opportunities with a focus on Ethernet Services and Dedicated Internet Access
  - Provide consultative pre-sales technical support and develop proposals for customer business requirements
  - Manage technical solutions for internal teams and maintain accurate data in the company CRM system
  - Collaborate with account teams to ensure complete and accurate survey documentation and proposals
  - Assist Sales Engineering teams with managing survey intervals and customer communications
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 1-4 years of experience supporting telecommunications services to Enterprise accounts
  - Proven track record of building and executing technical solutions and sales strategies
  - Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies including MAN/WAN, IP Transit, and voice networking
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, and CRM tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience with cable MSO commercial services and customer data solutions
  - Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs and creating detailed network design documentation
  - Ability to manage a complex list of tasks and deliverable dates effectively
  - Familiarity with technologies such as VoIP, SIP, and TDM
  - Strong ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
