What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert in configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities using ServiceNow best practices
- Facilitate customer workshops for ITAM process definition, improvement, and gap analysis
- Advise customers on maximizing the ServiceNow ITAM Solution’s capabilities
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of customer solutions
- Develop required integration and portal components, ensuring quality in all customer-facing deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
- 1-3 years of configuration/development experience in complex technologies, including integrations and portals
- Proven ability to influence and consult within ITAM, providing thought leadership and problem-solving expertise
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Strong understanding of ITAM practices and related systems such as CMDB, SAM, and HAM
