What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer requests and interactions via phone, chat, and email, with a primary focus on phone communications
- Provide authentic customer service and technical support for parenting and infant well-being products
- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Assist with device installation and app setup, ensuring customers have a seamless experience
- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, average handle time, and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience and success in customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting; familiarity with desktop platforms and mobile devices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to customer demographics
- Ability to document customer interactions accurately with limited errors
