What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in responding to customer support requests and troubleshooting technical issues using HubSpot
- Support customers with photogrammetry, coordinate systems, GNSS, and post-processed kinematics
- Help with technical onboarding and consulting for customers remotely
- Contribute to writing technical documentation and manuals
- Collaborate with engineers in Zurich to solve technical challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, GIS, robotics, or a related technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in customer support and technology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus
- Interest in drones, robotics, surveying, or GIS is a plus
