      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customer audits and advise on upkeep and improvement opportunities
      - Develop and execute product strategy to grow sales and market share
      - Track regional market share and support sales and service needs at customer sites
      - Present tailored solutions to support the North American sales team
      - Collaborate with R&D and the global product manager on product line needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience in paper machine operations
      - Mechanical experience related to paper manufacturing or field mechanical service
      - Strong background in sales applications and customer relation management
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks
      - Effective communication skills and knowledge of the North American papermaking market

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing solutions for industrial customers
      - Familiarity with paper machine applications
      - Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
      - Established relationships with regional sales/service teams and customers
