      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform full life-cycle Talent Acquisition duties, including sourcing and recruiting candidates
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and fill openings in a timely manner
      - Screen candidate resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews
      - Manage the interview process, including scheduling and feedback coordination
      - Maintain compliance with hiring policies and manage applicant flow through the ATS

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
      - 5+ years of direct experience recruiting cleared candidates in the DoD/Intelligence community requiring TS/SCI with poly
      - Understanding of US Government Security clearances and the security process
      - Proven organizational, communication, and networking skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrable success in full life-cycle recruiting
      - General awareness of technical skill sets such as software engineering and systems engineering
      - At least one year of supervisory experience
      - Experience with the iCIMS ATS
