What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install and upgrade computers and peripherals throughout the district
- Diagnose and repair equipment, including printers, terminals, and personal computers
- Analyze and resolve technology issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Provide technical support to users in person, via telephone, and/or remote access
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, preventive maintenance, and service requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must obtain either Comptia A+ or Comptia Network+ within 1 calendar year
- Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
- Ability to travel as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with help desk software for processing technology requests
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented technical support role
- Knowledge of emerging trends in technology
- Relevant technology certifications beyond Comptia A+ or Network+
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
