What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage data and analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Facilitate project planning sessions, intake reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones
- Conduct business analysis: gather and document requirements, perform gap analyses, and support data-related decision-making processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical product management experience, ideally with exposure to analytics or data projects
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for data-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with QA processes and tools in data validation and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
