- Collaborate with your partners and within your Performance Marketing and Digital Growth program to set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
- Define program objectives and conduct analysis & research required to make recommendations
- Proactively design, develop and roll out your part of the program roadmap, vs. simply taking orders from stakeholders on “what’s next”
- Shepard products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes and ensuring its evolving to meet the ever changing business needs
- Constantly strive to improve public website funnel pull-through while delivering best-in-class experiences to our prospects and customers
- Improve upon our best practices, standards, and methodologies for software development, deployment, training, and usage
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, development, engineering, and Line of Business teams from development through testing and launch
- Identify and understand regulatory requirements and needs within the product domain (e.g., privacy and accessibility laws)
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user stories and user testing/acceptance criteria
- Build and maintain a sprint backlog (refined at least 2 sprints out) for upcoming development
- Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demos
- Prioritize resources and features, set objectives for the sprints, maintain a list of features in order to increase market share and increase adoption within target market
- Work with engineering and support to improve the development team’s efficiency
- Ensure acceptance criteria are clear and complete
- Work with QA and development to ensure complete and efficient testing
- Work with support teams to resolve customer issues including triaging and prioritizing bugs and customer-reported issues
- Ensure the development team is working on the highest priorities using weighted job first methodology where appropriate
- Computer Science or Master of Science Degree highly recommended.
- 5-7 years of related experience (as a Digital Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager within the agile space).
- Strong Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Analytical Capabilities (research, logical reasoning, creativity, data analysis, critical thinking) Required
- Software Development (SDLC, programming languages architecture, etc.)
- Experience with API development, Solution architecting, component development, template creation, Infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, GitHub, user role management
- Product Development
- Agile development and Scrum methods
- Designing, Coding, and Testing tools, approaches, and technologies
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
- Stories of the user (creation and administration)
- Experience using and developing upon Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Target is a must.
- Ability to have fun and a willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well thought-out, simple solutions.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing program that provides eCommerce capabilities for Fifth Third bank. Specifically, within the Performance Marketing and Digital Growth team, you will lead a squad of technical specialists responsible for the 53.com Public Website platform development and delivery.
As a technical product owner, you are the subject-matter expert who use your technical knowledge to bridge the gap between product and technical aspects of product development, product design, and product strategy. You will have deep knowledge of the technical aspects and functions of your product and you will determine how the product's unique features fit into the overall strategy and vision.
You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across many lines of business to develop and execute the public website product vision, which includes running discovery sessions, writing user stories and owning the product backlog, and seeing through from development to release. The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration and ensuring work is well managed, communicated, and understood, and agreed by internal and external stakeholders. Your role as a technical product manager will help serve as the glue between an organization's business and technical sides.
