      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives for multiple teams
      - Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define and refine requirements (Features and User Stories)
      - Negotiate prioritization and resolve conflicts between various client projects
      - Maintain the team backlog and support the Delivery Manager in managing the client delivery roadmap
      - Conduct requirement workshops to understand business needs and prepare for Program Increment Planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant equivalent work experience in the healthcare domain
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of strong business analysis experience
      - Expert use of analysis, documentation, and presentation tools, including Microsoft Office and JIRA
      - Proven problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities
      - Hands-on experience writing SQL queries in Oracle databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in the healthcare domain
      - Solid experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework
      - Ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies effectively
      - Experience with systems modeling, decision trees, and data flow
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
