  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver key initiatives for product roadmaps
  - Collaborate with the team to standardize key services and applications for internal users and partners
  - Develop and deliver comprehensive product plans that define the ideal end state for key products
  - Partner with leadership teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables within the product roadmap
  - Support and deploy applications and services for end-users
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Over 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management or as a Technical Delivery Manager, specifically with source control-focused tools or SaaS applications
  - Proven track record of leading agile teams to deliver product outcomes and meet user requests
  - Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management
  - Exceptional customer service skills
  - Experience in defining product strategy, including setting the vision and identifying new features to achieve product goals
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - In-depth knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, or Perforce from both product and support perspectives
  - Previous experience in a support role for applications
  - Experience in projects or programs aimed at consolidating and standardizing application stacks
  - Ability to measure product success and demonstrate ROI to the business
  - Previous experience managing SMEs in technology-focused initiatives
