      Our Team

      • We are the Productivity and Program Management (PPM) team in the Semiconductor Products Group (SPG)
      • We are a diverse group of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) with a wide range of backgrounds, talents, and professional experiences.
      • We develop best of breed business processes and tools to enable business units to accelerate product development for repetitive product success
      • We equip our product development teams with digital tools and technologies that give them a competitive advantage and enable them to execute with greater speed and efficiency

      The Opportunity

      • This role is for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) intern who will work on leading Strategic Initiatives in our Semiconductor Products Group

      What You’ll Do

      • Develop project plan and oversee execution of the project
      • Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit. Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software
      • Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project
      • Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
      • Identify and resolve potential complications within the program and develop solutions for resolution
      • Serve as the voice of our business users. Ensure that our user base can get the most possible value out of the processes and tools that we develop
      • Achieve business process compliance and adoption by working directly with end users to understand their needs

      Who You Are

      • Strong educational background in an engineering, technical, and/or business field
      • Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
      • Demonstrated ability to bring people together from a wide variety of groups
      • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building trust
      • Very data driven. Able to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead
      • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders
      • Prefer candidates with interest, experience and/or education in the business side of engineering
      • Must be comfortable presenting program status to management

      Requirements

      • Workplace format is primarily on-site at our Santa Clara office
      • Student must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s/MBA degree program at the time of the internship (i.e. graduating in December 2024 or later)
      • Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
      • Prior knowledge and/or experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus

      Compensation

      $28 - 41 per hour

      The rate offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
