What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the interface between product management, the development team, and quality assurance
- Lead and guide project teams with a good understanding of design control
- Supervise and report on project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets
- Participate in NPD activities during the initial phase of the project
- Coordinate activities vital for the development of new and existing products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in project management, specifically leading software projects in the medical device/biotech industry
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Atlassian, Jira, Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification or training
- Knowledge of FDA and ISO standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
