- Translates technical language and development requirements into actionable operational insights—and vice versa—serving as a critical communication link between technical teams, operations, and stakeholders.
- Leverages technology and AI-driven tools to manage programs end-to-end with efficiency and transparency. Thinks outside the box to explore how AI can automate manual work, enhance stakeholder communication, and increase decision-making speed.

- Drives detailed project tracking—ensuring all deliverables are met, risks are mitigated early, and milestones are achieved. Holds all contributors accountable to deadlines and program standards.
- Presents clear, concise, and compelling updates to senior executive leadership, ensuring transparency and trust through data-driven reporting and narrative clarity.
- Advocates for stakeholder needs while balancing those needs against technical feasibility, development priorities, and business constraints.
- Develops contingency plans, anticipates risks, and escalates appropriately when necessary—using sound judgment and experience to guide resolution.
- Ensures strong budget ownership and supports accurate forecasting across the program lifecycle.
- Facilitates collaboration between cross-functional groups, ensuring alignment across vendors, development teams, operations, and business units.
- Operates with a leadership mindset, capable of stepping in to lead the team when the manager is unavailable. Acts as a stabilizing force and rallying point for team execution and accountability.
- Balances multiple workstreams and programs simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to learn quickly, shift priorities, and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Mentors junior program and project managers, supporting growth and contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintains meticulous documentation, including program scope, timelines, risk assessments, decision logs, and change management records.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- A seasoned, technical program manager with strong project management skills and a track record of successfully executing large, complex, and high-visibility programs.
- A natural communicator and translator between development and business operations, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience implementing or leveraging AI and automation tools to manage workstreams, enhance visibility, streamline collaboration, and improve outcomes.
- Someone who thrives under pressure, is detail-oriented, and holds teams accountable to timelines and outcomes.
- Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to prioritize business needs while managing the reality of resource and technical constraints.
- Strong leadership instincts and team collaboration skills—someone who is ready to step up and lead when needed, with a genuine interest in learning and growing.
- Ability to work across multiple initiatives, demonstrating agility, professionalism, and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Location Pay Range: $99,353.20 - $149,029.80 This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $94,837.14 - $149,029.80Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
