      About the Role

      Are you an experienced Project Administrator with a strong technical background in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and networking? This 6-month contract (1099) is a unique opportunity to support infrastructure projects that directly impact some of the most high-profile events in the country.

      We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter who can manage scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination in environments that demand technical fluency and precision.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support project planning and execution with a strong understanding of low-voltage system requirements, including voice/data cabling, fiber optics, and access control.
      • Track key milestones, deliverables, and budgets for infrastructure and network deployment projects.
      • Maintain and organize technical documentation, including floor plans, wiring diagrams, and installation logs.
      • Coordinate field team schedules, vendor workstreams, and material delivery timelines.
      • Ensure all site work aligns with industry standards such as BICSI, NEC, and ANSI/TIA.
      • Serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams including engineers, installers, and client contacts.

      What You Bring

      • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a construction, telecom, or IT infrastructure environment.
      • Demonstrated technical background in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and networking technologies.
      • Familiarity with BICSI installation standards, termination and testing procedures, and installation best practices.
      • Working knowledge of cabling materials (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber types), racks, panels, patching, and labeling standards.
      • Strong proficiency with project tracking tools (Asana, MS Project, or Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (e.g., riser diagrams, floor plans, cable run schedules).
      • Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
