What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and develop technical solutions for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs as part of larger pursuit teams
- Support the bid processes and manage smaller RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
- Analyze bid requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness to customer needs
- Lead proposal strategy meetings and assist in identifying key personnel
- Conduct regular proposal progress meetings and maintain proposal schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in proposal and technical writing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing technical narratives for various proposal types
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to write and edit in clear, concise, and compelling language
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative software
- Experience maintaining content within a Content Management System
- Certifications from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and/or Shipley
- Previous experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Hands-on knowledge of Seismic and CRM tools
