      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new end-user customers and manage existing customer accounts to ensure retention and growth
      - Optimize sales with distribution channel partners through joint calls and technical product support
      - Conduct territory planning, sales administrative activities, and reporting
      - Travel (50-60%) within the Georgia region to engage and support customers
      - Employ a proactive, consultative approach to meet customer requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of proven successful territory or regional sales experience in a technical, consultative sales role
      - Strong technical aptitude in a manufacturing environment with metal cutting knowledge
      - Experience working independently from a home or virtual office
      - Proven skills in qualifying, demonstrating, and influencing customers
      - Ability to adapt to various scenarios and situations to support customer needs

      - Experience in the cutting tools market or related sectors
      - Familiarity with distributor-focused sales environments
      - Strong network within the automotive, power generation, or construction industries
      - Previous experience managing both end-user and distributor accounts
