What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to engineers, landscape architects, and municipalities for various projects across a wide geography
- Develop and grow existing tools and design work to service the design community
- Assist the design community in hydrologic modeling and provide concept drawings
- Coordinate and manage projects through the specification process in collaboration with the Regional Product Specialist
- Attend coordination meetings and conferences as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of Civil Project Design experience
- High level of knowledge of AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other hydrologic modeling software
- Prior technical writing experience, including proposals, emails, and design submittals
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of typical permitting processes
- Strong computer proficiency and basic reporting experience using Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Civil Engineering degree or Engineering license
- Experience with innovative products in the Geosynthetics and Stormwater Management space
- Demonstrated relationship building, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and manage multiple urgent requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
