      Area of Responsibility:
      Sales volume growth and development, as well as customer support functions, in Central South Africa (Free State, North-West, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape).
      Goals:

      • Maintain current key customers in Central South Africa.
      • Grow and develop the sales footprint in Central South Africa for ADM.
      • Provide basic technical customer support.
      • Develop and maintain the ADM additive market in Central South Africa.
      Main Tasks:
      Business Support:
      • Review and supervise all orders, customer requests, and technical support to fulfill customer requirements.
      • Provide basic technical, order, and planning support to customers.
      • Provide sales figures and statistics to the commercial team as requested.
      • Support sales and marketing functions.
      Sales Growth:
      • Expand the customer base in the region.
      • Increase sales volume in the region.
      • Develop a diverse sales mix (Premix/Additive/RM) to sustain margin growth and development.
      Project Management:
      • Upload Sales Force projects and tasks when required.
      • Maintain projects and status as needed.
      • Liaise with CD&D and the commercial team to ensure customer support requirements are met.
      Responsibilities:
      • Ensure customer support excellence and maintenance.
      • Drive growth and development of Premix & Additive volume.
      • Coordinate order placement and delivery.
      • Update Salesforce on a daily basis.
      • Provide feedback to the Commercial Manager and CD&D to ensure effective customer support.
      • Gain knowledge of the market and opportunities for premix and additive sales.
      • Develop ADM’s footprint in the region.


      Profile:
      Qualifications:
      Matric (Grade 12) and a tertiary qualification such as a BSc in Animal Science.
      Relevant Experience:
      • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in animal science/nutrition and sales.
      • Residence in Bloemfontein (Central SA).
      • Ability and willingness to travel (Company-provided vehicle).
      Knowledge:
      Intermediate computer skills (MS Office package: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

      • Efficient in planning and travel.
