      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance and support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
      - Respond promptly to incoming contacts and resolve over 90% of issues at first contact
      - Deliver professional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and procedures
      - Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as necessary
      - Identify areas for process improvement and maintain attention to detail throughout the shift

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Must demonstrate shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a contact center or healthcare setting
      - Experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
