      Responsibilities:

      - Review Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device data and provide quality analysis.
      - Provide results to facilities in a specified timeframe via phone and written communications.
      - Provide accurate technical information to callers.
      - Receive, document, and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking, trending, and FDA reporting.
      - Train others on non-technical aspects (soft skills) of the job as well as technical training and certification.

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor's degree required.
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in lieu of experience.
      - Experience with reading, interpreting device diagnostics, and troubleshooting Cardiac Implantable Electrical Devices.
      - Previous experience in the cardiac field.
      - Field sales or clinical specialist experience with cardiac devices.

      Additional Information:

      - This position is a remote role and requires access to reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, confidential work environment.
      - Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM CST with an on-call rotation.
      - Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations is preferred.
      - Advanced verbal and written communication skills are desired.
      - Analytical and critical thinking skills are required.
      - Time management skills are essential.
      - Demonstrated ability to utilize computer and telephone efficiently is necessary.
      - Travel is not required.
      - Salary range: $72,400 - $108,600.
