What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device data and provide quality analysis
- Provide technical information and support to callers
- Document and report customer contacts and complaints
- Train others on non-technical aspects of the job
- Operate computer systems and answer incoming calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, or advanced degree in lieu of experience
- Experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics
- Previous experience in cardiac field sales or clinical specialist role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Remote Monitoring experience with Carelink and/or Carelink Express website
- Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
- Analytical/critical thinking skills/experience
- Time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to utilize computer and telephone efficiently
