- High school diploma with 11 years’ experience, Associates Degree with 6 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in a chemical production plant/unit, manufacturing, energy or extrusion facility
- Expert knowledge in an extrusion operation/technology

WHAT WE OFFER
The Technical Shift Supervisor is responsible for unit/plant operations, especially to keep established, timing, quality and cost standards, as well as personnel management.
Major Responsibilities:
· Responsible for coordination and leading plant HSE measures, requirements and personnel.
· Implementation of optimal operating and control strategies
· Administrative support with but not limited to Personnel planning, staffing, organization, supervision, and disciplinary activities.
· Lead Technical Problem-solving of shift through fundamentally sound technical solutions
· Proper support as process expert responsible for continuous check of process, design and operations to improve yield.
· Supply internal communication and information on changes in production
· Create and improve operation instructions, procedures, and/or manuals in addition to concepts for technical training (including materials), and orientation of new Technicians
· Work with TPU Staff and Reliability personnel to support: preparation, instructions needed for maintenance work, project support, and shutdown or TAR activities.
· Complete unit certification and testing requirements within designated timeframe.
