      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field incoming help requests from end users through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and online CRM
      - Manage and triage all site/network tickets within the ticketing system, ensuring resolution and prioritization
      - Perform post-resolution follow-ups and update tickets with status and progress
      - Monitor site infrastructure and overall health, providing on-call support coverage for customers
      - Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting and customer service
      - Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems, such as JIRA, and knowledge of Active Directory concepts
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SQL for creating and modifying scripts
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of command line and environment variables (Linux+)
      - Experience with remote system support via Remote Desktop, SSH, or browser
      - Familiarity with VMWare or other server/desktop virtualization platforms
      - Understanding of TCP/IP-based networks and troubleshooting protocols
      - Familiarity with electrical schematics and application/hardware support experience
