      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first contact support for business voice, video, data, and commercial product issues
      - Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to exceed customer expectations
      - Assist customers with Internet configurations and settings
      - Diagnose and troubleshoot customer troubles in an expeditious manner
      - Maintain knowledge of relevant employer product offerings and technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call center experience
      - Must follow employer attendance guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced troubleshooting skills related to telephony and data products
      - Experience with ACD, trouble ticketing systems, and software skills in business applications
