What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first contact support for voice, video, data, and premium commercial product issues
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations and minimize escalations
- Assist customers with Internet configurations and settings, generating trouble tickets as needed
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly to meet service level requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a higher level of service to commercial customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call center experience
- Ability to follow attendance guidelines to meet the employer’s business needs
- Advanced troubleshooting skills related to telephony and data products
- Understanding of the telecommunication industry and its products and services
- Proven ability to manage workload while meeting team goals and business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ACD, trouble ticketing systems, and business applications such as spreadsheets and databases
- Strong problem-solving skills, including customer complaint handling and root cause analysis
- Demonstrated ability to defuse escalations and high-tension situations effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to promote strong team morale
- Willingness to adapt to changes and champion process improvements
