      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate communication between One Inc Support and customers regarding open cases
      - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide support for One Inc. products
      - Create, update, and close CRM tickets as appropriate
      - Escalate complex calls to Tier II Technical Support Engineer or Manager
      - Articulate technical issues, solutions, and activities to colleagues and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent attention to detail, investigative skills, and analytical skills
      - Solid time-management skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a changing environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
