What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for technical application issues related to the employer's products
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems while managing cases in the CRM system
- Facilitate communication between support and customers regarding open cases
- Escalate complex issues to Tier II Technical Support or other necessary resources
- Create and review knowledge base articles for team reference
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support or software application experience
- Proven work experience in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or payments industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business-to-business external customer support
- Familiarity with SaaS support and insurance industry management systems
- Knowledge of PCI compliance standards and software development lifecycles
- SQL experience and familiarity with APIs
- Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, and AHA
