      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries and provide innovative solutions to issues and concerns
      - Handle warranty information inquiries and assist with parts orders
      - Troubleshoot water heater problems effectively
      - Ensure excellent customer service through active listening and communication
      - Track call-related information for auditing and provide feedback on issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous customer service and/or sales experience
      - College degree preferred but not required
