      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

      • Build, maintain, decommission, and hardening of Windows server hardware and operating system based on corporate compliance and hardening guideline via the combination of SCCM, VSphere, Remote Desktop, and SCOM for ongoing alerts;
      • Build, maintain, decommission, and hardening of Linux server hardware and operating system based on corporate compliance and hardening guidelines using Ansible Tower, Satellite, Puppet, Vsphere, and Zabbix for ongoing alerts;
      • Provide deployment, administration, maintenance, and technical support of VMware ESXi, SRM, VRA, and Horizon platforms to provide Tangerine Contact Center infrastructure in order to allow agents to work remotely and in the office seamlessly;
      • Provide ongoing vulnerability management to follow corporate compliance and vulnerability scan standard, as well as an ongoing security patch to mitigate vulnerability risk on all Windows and Linux servers, including vendor appliances and the VMware platform;
      • Provide ongoing Windows/Linux server hardening on new or existing servers based on server hardening guidelines, maintain regular base image updates, ongoing hardening for any new compliance requirement, and daily monitoring to meet or exceed the Security Risk Index level;
      • Maintain servers in both Tangerine data center locations as primary and secondary sites to restore core banking services, including all banking systems and contact centers uptime to ensure Windows/Linux Server disaster recovery and contingency plans to ensure rapid recovery of systems in the event of an emergency of disaster;
      • Participate in annual Disaster Recovery exercise and make sure servers located in both primary and secondary datacenter are ready in DR scenario;
      • Provide support and transition from on-prem server environment to Cloud base environment, including GCP, AWS, and MS Azure;
      • Administration and maintenance for all internal services that require Single-Sign-On (SSO);
      • Provide second-level support for all desktop hardware and software for all Tangerine sites;
      • Be available outside normal business hours to handle support issues


      DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS THAT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? - WE'D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE:

      • 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in system administration supporting a large-scale, mission-critical enterprise infrastructure
      • Working knowledge and hands-on working experience with Microsoft System Center, Red Hat, and VMware suite of products.
      • Strong knowledge of HP server hardware (NIC, RAID, SCSI), including HP OneView and iLo
      • Hands-on knowledge of authentication products for Linux and Windows Server environments, Microsoft Active Directory, and Red Hat IDM.
      • In-depth knowledge of and working experience with related protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP, SFTP, TELNET, DNS, DHCP and SNMP etc.)
      • Working knowledge of routing, VPN, firewall, and system security
      • Solid troubleshooting abilities, both proactive and reactive
