What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and product guidance to customers and partners throughout the marketing campaign lifecycle
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with developers and users at customer sites
- Conduct root cause analysis on customer issues to foster product knowledge
- Document all communications, troubleshooting efforts, and customer interactions thoroughly
- Collaborate with other teams to support customer needs and business goals, including special projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of experience in a software support environment for complex, multi-tiered enterprise software applications
- Proficient in writing and debugging SQL statements, XML, JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience with one or more database platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience troubleshooting with SQL and relational databases within the past 5 years
- More than 2 years of experience reading and troubleshooting XML and HTML
- Background in network/client/server connectivity for over 2 years
- Digital marketing experience from an email service provider or a competitor
