      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
      - Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
      - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
      - Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
      - Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
      - Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
      - A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical support experience
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Open availability for scheduling flexibility
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies
      - A desktop or laptop capable of completing PC and internet testing
