What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide responsive technical support to customers via calls, community requests, and emails
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of hardware and software technical issues
- Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve product issues as needed
- Offer on-site support for service projects, installations, and events
- Create and update knowledge base articles for internal and external use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in electronics, networking, or computers
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and convey them to customers
- Previous experience in customer service or phone/call center preferred
- Strong time management skills and discretion in judgment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Internet navigation and Microsoft Operating Systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in interacting with a diverse range of individuals professionally
- Additional fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
- Previous experience demonstrating technical learning ability and aptitude
